RENTAL REFUND POLICY
The refund for the refundable security deposit will be transferred to the corresponding account within a period of 3 to 5 days following the return of the products.
EXTEND RENTAL DATES
If you want to keep the dress for more than 3 days (including Delivery day and Pick up date), extra rental will be charged. WhatsApp us on 7676269920 to know more about it.
DRESS DAMAGE
We know you will treat the outfit with care, but to err is human. We will check the outfit for damages, and refund the whole refundable security deposit if we can't find any. Otherwise, if a product is burnt, torn, stained (even after drycleaning) or damaged beyond repair, your entire refundable security deposit will be put on hold and an additional 30% of MRP has to be paid from your end towards the damage.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation/Exchange possible only within a week from order placement date. If the difference between the order placement and delivery date is less than or equal to 1 week, then cancellation/exchange is not entertained. For more, refer Cancellation policy.
VERIFICATION PROOF
It is mandatory to show any government issued ID proof to our delivery executive, he will take a picture of your ID in his mobile.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can visit any of our stores to try the clothes and make sure they fit you well. You can also order directly on our website without visiting our store - in that case we will send you the clothes in 2-3 sizes to make sure at least one of it fits you.
We have all our clothes in multiple sizes - you can select the size that fits you. You can also get some customizations done on the clothes, such as, sleeve length, pant length, pant waist size and slim fit. Anyhow, we don’t make complete customised suits based on your measurements.
After you return rented products in good condition, you would receive an email & message with a link where to have to enter your bank account details. Post that you will receive the refund in your account in 3-5 days.
Any government issued address proof, such as Aadhar card or driving license is sufficient. You don’t have to submit the original or xerox of the document; just a photo is sufficient.

At the time of booking, you can select how many days you want the product for. It usually costs just a few hundreds rupees, unlike other rental shops where the costing is doubled or tripled for extra days. If you want to extend days after you have already placed the order, contact our customer care team at 7676269920.
You or someone you know would have to take the products from our store and then courier/travel with it to the intended location. While returning the product, you can directly courier/travel with it to the same store location.
All the products in our store are of our own in-house brand CandidMen. We don’t deal with other brand products due to quality issue.
Our products go through drycleaning after each use. We also do regular inspection, trimming, repair and ironing of clothes to ensure the best look and condition. Each time you take a product from us, it’s as good as new!
These are designer clothes that have been rented before and now you can buy them for around 85-95% OFF!
1 dryclean wash is free. If a stain takes more dryclean wash, then the dryclean charge is on the customer.
We deliver and pickup our products upto 25km from our showroom locations. We charge Rs.499 per order for the same. For Delhi and the NCR region, we charge Rs 599 per order.
